He has worked as a warehouse packer to pay the way, but this term the hours were cut and there's an unpaid balance of $4,550. The registrar has said Tobias can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. Tobias has a 3.9 average, and a faculty supervisor has written in support. Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support the younger siblings. Without enrolling this term Tobias would lose his place and scholarship eligibility. Tobias isn't asking for a handout - He wants to finish what He started and help the next student. Everything raised goes to the university's accounts office toward the outstanding balance and the final term's fees.         The list at the bottom is the whole picture. outstanding tuition balance is the biggest at $1,700. Good question.
