Tuition fund for Dennis: a law degree at the San Fernando Institute of Technology

Dennis is the first person in the family to go to university. He is studying a law degree at the San Fernando Institute of Technology, and is one term away from graduating. He has worked as a night-shift cleaner to pay the way, but this term the hours were cut and there's an unpaid balance of $800. The registrar has said Dennis can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. Dennis has a 3.9 average, and a department head has written in support. Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support the younger siblings. Without enrolling this term Dennis would lose his place and scholarship eligibility. Dennis isn't asking for a handout - He wants to finish what He started and help the next student. The payment will go directly to the the San Fernando Institute of Technology bursar's office.
