Anil is two terms away from finishing an electrical engineering diploma but is blocked from enrolling by an unpaid balance of $550.

Anil is the first person in the family to go to university. He is studying an electrical engineering diploma at the Mumbai Institute of Technology, and is two terms away from graduating. He has worked as a night-shift cleaner to pay the way, but this term the hours were cut and there's an unpaid balance of $550.
The registrar has said Anil can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. Anil has a first-class average, and an academic advisor has written in support.
Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support the younger siblings. Without enrolling this term Anil would lose his place and scholarship eligibility.
Anil isn't asking for a handout - He wants to finish what He started and help the next student.
The payment will go directly to the the Mumbai Institute of Technology bursar's office. I'll post the receipt.

• Exam and lab fees: $20
• Outstanding tuition balance: $170

Sure. The biggest one is final term tuition, $360. The rest is in the list at the bottom of the post and I'll upload receipts as I pay each one.
