Tuition fund for Antônia: a degree in social work at Caruaru State College
Antônia has worked and saved for three years to study a degree in social work; a $650 gap now stands between her and graduation.

I'm the first person in my family to go to university. I'm studying a degree in social work at Caruaru State College, and I'm one term away from graduating. I have worked as a barista to pay my way, but this term my hours were cut and I have an unpaid balance of $650.
The registrar has told me I can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. I have a top-ten-percent average, and my professor has written in support of my application for a payment plan.
Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support my younger siblings. Without enrolling this term I'd lose my place and my scholarship eligibility.
I'm not asking for a handout - I want to finish what I started and then help the next student.
Everything raised goes to the university's accounts office toward the outstanding balance and the final term's fees.
Where the $650 goes:
• Exam and lab fees: $80
• Final term tuition: $490
• Textbooks and materials: $80
You're what makes this possible, and I'll never forget it.

Best of luck, Antônia. Shared this with my family. I told my book club about it and three of them are giving too. God bless.
wishing you the best. Your post was clear and honest. Blessings.
Praying for you, Antônia. I've been in a tough spot myself and it does get easier. My late mom used to say help given quietly counts double. Greetings from Jacksonville
