Friendly visitor needed for a 91-year-old neighbor in Iztapalapa

Patricia lives alone and has no family nearby; a weekly hour of conversation would transform the week.

I'm writing for my neighbor Patricia, who's 91. Patricia lives alone in Iztapalapa, and lost a son last year. The nearest family lives on the other side of the country. Patricia loves gardening, and would enjoy someone to chat with. An hour a week, perhaps on Saturday afternoon, would mean the world. We can also arrange a phone call if you can't visit in person. All visitors will be introduced by me and I'll be there at the first meeting. I'll share references and, if you'd like, a short orientation from the local befriending charity. No special skills are needed - just kindness and patience. I never thought I'd be the one asking, and I'm grateful for every bit of support.
