The Lotus health centre yard needs a youth football pitch - Aarav's neighborhood project
We have the land, the volunteers and the plan for a youth football pitch - we need $300 for materials.

For eight years the neighborhood has asked for a youth football pitch. This year a group of 21 volunteers, including two retired carpenters, decided to stop waiting. The council has given permission for the Lotus health centre yard, but no funding.
We have received donated timber, and the remaining cost is $300.
It will serve about 513 people, including elderly neighbors living alone. We'll hold a build day in October and everyone is invited.
We're a small team, and every dollar will be spent in the open - I'll post receipts and progress photos.
Funds are spent only on materials, permits and safety equipment; all labor is volunteered.
Where the $300 goes:
• Materials: $195
• Permits and inspections: $30
• Safety equipment and signage: $40
• Tools hire and delivery: $35
