Therapy fund for Zahra: 20 sessions with a licensed counselor
After years of caregiving, Zahra has been on a waiting list for months - private therapy is the only option, and the cost is $300.

After years of caregiving, Zahra has struggled with anxiety, sleep and panic attacks. The doctor has referred her to trauma-focused CBT, but the public waiting list is 9 months, and private sessions at Bekasi Wellbeing Centre cost $10 each.
Zahra has been honest with her employer and taken some time off, but can't keep going without support.
Therapy has already helped a little in the sessions Zahra could afford. The therapist recommends 20 weekly sessions, and consistent help will make the difference.
Asking for help with this has been the hardest part for Zahra, and we're grateful for your kindness without judgment.
The money will be paid directly to the counselor's practice, with a session-by-session record.
