Rylee earned a place in the first year of senior school at the San Jose Selective School; we're $850 short on required supplies.

I earned a place in the first year of senior school at the San Jose Selective School, and I couldn't be prouder. The school has a long list of things I need, including a laptop for the mathematics course, and a uniform.
My mother works two jobs, and the list costs $850, which is more than we have.
I love mathematics and want to become a pilot. A laptop will let me do coursework at home instead of waiting for library hours.
I'll take care of everything you give me and I promise to work hard.
Items on the list: laptop, uniform, shoes, textbooks, calculator and a bag.
Where the $850 goes:
• School uniform and shoes: $115
• Calculator, stationery and a school bag: $95
• Laptop: $640
If you can't give, please share this page. It does reach people.

You're not alone, Rylee. As a teacher I love seeing someone work this hard to learn. Take care.
