Tenant-rights advice for Tyler in Los Angeles: a short consultation
Tyler is dealing with a no-fault termination and needs someone who knows the law in California to explain the options.

My landlord in Los Angeles has given me a no-fault termination. I've read what I can online, but the rules are confusing and different sources contradict each other.
I'm hoping that someone with experience in housing or tenant rights in California could spare 20-30 minutes to explain the process, the deadlines and the documents I should collect.
I have my lease, all communications and photos organized. I'm happy to share them privately. I can't pay for a lawyer, so any guidance on free services in California would also be appreciated.
Even a small gift gets used right away and I'll thank you myself.
