My landlord in Campinas has given me a no-fault termination. I've read what I can online, but the rules are confusing and different sources contradict each other.

I have my lease, all communications and photos organized. I'm happy to share them privately. I can't pay for a lawyer, so any guidance on free services in São Paulo would also be appreciated.
