Mousumi was diagnosed with non-Hodgkin lymphoma in June. The oncology team at Comilla University Hospital has planned 12 rounds of treatment, starting in October. She will be away from work for about 4 weeks. Mousumi is 45, worked as a construction supervisor until June, and has always been the one who looks after everyone else. Now it's our turn to look after her. Treatment is covered only in part. Medication that isn't on the approved list, trips to Comilla University Hospital 5 times a week, and the income the family has lost add up quickly. We've already sold what we could and have begun borrowing for groceries. Every kindness from you takes weight off her shoulders.
