Tenant-rights advice for Ian in Ballarat: a short consultation
Looking for housing-law advice in Victoria: a refusal to repair mold.
🇦🇺 Victoria, Australia614 views
My landlord in Ballarat has given me a refusal to repair mold. I've read what I can online, but the rules are confusing and different sources contradict each other.
I'm hoping that someone with experience in housing or tenant rights in Victoria could spare 20-30 minutes to explain the process, the deadlines and the documents I should collect.
I have my lease, all communications and photos organized. I'm happy to share them privately. I can't pay for a lawyer, so any guidance on free services in Victoria would also be appreciated.
Please ask me anything in the questions section. I'll answer honestly and quickly.

Thinking of you and your family. This could happen to any of us. My neighbor in Soweto donated after I showed her your page. Blessings.
