Vitaly was diagnosed with Hodgkin lymphoma in November. The oncology team at Moscow Cancer Centre has planned 10 rounds of treatment, starting in February. He will be away from work for about 10 weeks. Vitaly is 40, worked as a cleaner at a hospital until November, and has always been the one who looks after everyone else. Now it's our turn to look after him. Treatment is covered only in part. Medication that isn't on the approved list, trips to Moscow Cancer Centre 5 times a week, and the income the family has lost add up quickly. We've already sold what we could and have begun borrowing for groceries. Every kindness from you takes weight off his shoulders.
