Jihan's path to healing - weekly cognitive behavioral therapy in Bandung
Jihan is working through years of caregiving and needs help paying for 10 sessions with a licensed counselor.

After years of caregiving, Jihan has struggled with anxiety, sleep and panic attacks. The doctor has referred her to weekly cognitive behavioral therapy, but the public waiting list is 11 months, and private sessions at Bandung Wellbeing Centre cost $15 each.
Jihan has been honest with her employer and taken some time off, but can't keep going without support.
Therapy has already helped a little in the sessions Jihan could afford. The therapist recommends 10 weekly sessions, and consistent help will make the difference.
Asking for help with this has been the hardest part for Jihan, and we're grateful for your kindness without judgment.
Funds cover only therapy sessions, and I'll share progress updates (not private details) if I'm comfortable.
