Fabian was diagnosed with a rare sarcoma in June. The oncology team at Munich University Hospital has planned 10 rounds of treatment, starting in July. He will be away from work for about 10 weeks. Fabian is 52, worked as a bakery worker until June, and has always been the one who looks after everyone else. Now it's our turn to look after him. Treatment is covered only in part. Medication that isn't on the approved list, trips to Munich University Hospital 5 times a week, and the income the family has lost add up quickly. We've already sold what we could and have begun borrowing for groceries. Every kindness from you takes weight off his shoulders. I'll post every invoice and receipt as an update so donors can follow where each gift goes. Where the $8,550 goes: • Household costs while unable to work: $980 • Transport to Munich University Hospital: $760 • Chemotherapy and medication not covered: $6,250 • Nutrition and supplements prescribed by the care team: $560 I'll pay this kindness forward the moment I'm able to.
