Salma earned a place in Year 11 at 6th of October City Science Academy, and the family couldn't be prouder. The school has a long list of things She needs, including a laptop for the coding course, and a uniform.
The family has few resources; the list costs $200, which is more than they have.
Salma loves coding and wants to become a pilot. A laptop will allow coursework at home instead of waiting for library hours.
She will take care of everything given and works very hard.
Items on the list: laptop, uniform, shoes, textbooks, calculator and a bag.
Where the $200 goes:
• Laptop: $105
• School uniform and shoes: $35
• Textbooks and workbooks: $40
• Calculator, stationery and a school bag: $20
I never thought I'd be the one asking, and I'm grateful for every bit of support.
