Grenoble

I earned a place in Grade 9 at the Grenoble Selective School, and I couldn't be prouder. The school has a long list of things I need, including a laptop for the mathematics course, and a uniform. My mother works two jobs, and the list costs $750, which is more than we have. I love mathematics and want to become a doctor. A laptop will let me do coursework at home instead of waiting for library hours. I'll take care of everything you give me and I promise to work hard. Items on the list: laptop, uniform, shoes, textbooks, calculator and a bag. Where the $750 goes: • Calculator, stationery and a school bag: $70 • Laptop: $460 • Textbooks and workbooks: $220 Thank you for reading my story. - Elise
