The Union health centre yard needs a covered market stall space - Mason's neighborhood project
We have the land, the volunteers and the plan for a covered market stall space - we need $2,400 for materials.

For three years the neighborhood has asked for a covered market stall space. This year a group of 9 volunteers, including a group of teenagers, decided to stop waiting. The council has given permission for the Union health centre yard, but no funding.
We have received donated timber, and the remaining cost is $2,400.
It will serve about 572 people, including young people who have nowhere safe to play. We'll hold a build day in April and everyone is invited.
We're a small team, and every dollar will be spent in the open - I'll post receipts and progress photos.
All purchases will be made by two volunteers and logged publicly. Surplus funds will go to maintenance.
Where the $2,400 goes:
• Materials: $1,650
• Permits and inspections: $125
• Safety equipment and signage: $360
• Tools hire and delivery: $265
