Accra
Efua earned a place in Year 11 at the Accra Selective School, and the family couldn't be prouder. The school has a long list of things She needs, including a laptop for the coding course, and a uniform. The family has few resources; the list costs $150, which is more than they have. Efua loves coding and wants to become a teacher. A laptop will allow coursework at home instead of waiting for library hours. She will take care of everything given and works very hard. I'll buy the items from the school's approved supplier and post photos of everything. Where the $150 goes: • Laptop: $100 • Textbooks and workbooks: $25 • Calculator, stationery and a school bag: $25 I'll pay this kindness forward the moment I'm able to.

Updates from Abigail

  1. Quick update: $39 raised so far (26%). I made the first payment toward calculator, stationery and a school bag. Receipts coming as soon as I have them.

  2. We're at 23% thanks to 2 of you. I met with the school supplier and confirmed the amounts. More news soon.
