Help Saanvi move out of an unsafe apartment this Tuesday
Saanvi has found a safe new apartment in Los Angeles and needs help moving heavy furniture on Tuesday.

After my landlord sold the building, I found a safe, affordable apartment in Los Angeles, and the lease starts on Tuesday. I have two children, a few pieces of furniture and no money for movers.
I'm hoping for anyone with a van for about six hours. If you have a van or pickup, that would help enormously - I'll cover fuel.
The old place is on the fourth floor walk-up and the new place has a ground-floor entrance. We'll do it in two trips. Lunch and cold drinks are on me.
I know this is a lot to ask of strangers. I'd be happy to share references from my landlord and my employer.
Please ask me anything in the questions section. I'll answer honestly and quickly.

Hope you get there. Love from Toulouse.
Thanks for sharing this, Saanvi. A secure home matters so much. Hope you're settled soon. All the best
rooting for you. A secure home matters so much. Hope you're settled soon. We're a small family in Cox's Bazar but we're thinking of you. Take care
sending love, Saanvi. Shared this with my family. I went through something like this 5 years ago and strangers helped me out. Thinking of Los Angeles
Hang in there, Saanvi. It takes guts to ask. Well done. The breakdown of costs made it easy to trust
Hang in there. I hope your landlord gives you a bit more time while this comes together. My late mom used to say help given quietly counts double. God bless
Keep going. It takes guts to ask. Well done. This is the second need I've supported on here and the first that made me cry.
Thanks for sharing this, Saanvi. This could happen to any of us. We had a similar scare last year, I know what it feels like. Take care
Hang in there, Saanvi. I was in a similar spot a few years ago and it did get better. This is the second need I've supported on here and the first that made me cry. All the best.
