Danish is the first person in the family to go to university. He is studying a master's in public health at Lahore Polytechnic, and is one term away from graduating. He has worked as a tutor to pay the way, but this term the hours were cut and there's an unpaid balance of $350.
The registrar has said Danish can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. Danish has a top-ten-percent average, and a professor has written in support.
Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support the younger siblings. Without enrolling this term Danish would lose his place and scholarship eligibility.
Danish isn't asking for a handout - He wants to finish what He started and help the next student.
The payment will go directly to the Lahore Polytechnic bursar's office. I'll post the receipt.
