School supplies and a laptop for Alamin in Mumbai
Alamin won a place at Mumbai Science Academy but the family can't afford the uniform, books and laptop required.
🇮🇳 Maharashtra, India572 views
Alamin earned a place in Grade 9 at Mumbai Science Academy, and the family couldn't be prouder. The school has a long list of things He needs, including a laptop for the mathematics course, and a uniform.
The family has few resources; the list costs $155, which is more than they have.
Alamin loves mathematics and wants to become an engineer. A laptop will allow coursework at home instead of waiting for library hours.
He will take care of everything given and works very hard.
Items on the list: laptop, uniform, shoes, textbooks, calculator and a bag.
Where the $155 goes:
• Laptop: $90
• School uniform and shoes: $20
• Textbooks and workbooks: $40
• Calculator, stationery and a school bag: $5
Glad we found this place.
