Bushra is the first person in the family to go to university. She is studying a diploma in hospitality management at Faisalabad Community College, and is two terms away from graduating. She has worked as a shop assistant to pay the way, but this term the hours were cut and there's an unpaid balance of $600. The registrar has said Bushra can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. Bushra has a 3.6 average, and a professor has written in support. Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support the younger siblings. Without enrolling this term Bushra would lose her place and scholarship eligibility.
