My tuk-tuk: Jade's only way to earn a living
Without my tuk-tuk Jade can't work; a $350 repair would put her back on the road.

I make my living with my tuk-tuk. 3 weeks ago the radiator and cooling system failed, and the mechanic says the repair will cost $350. Without the vehicle I earn nothing.
I have been borrowing from friends to pay rent, and now I have run out of people to ask.
I support my 4 children. Before the breakdown I worked twelve hours a day, six days a week. I have been offered extra shifts for the next six months if I can just get the vehicle working.
I have a written estimate from a certified mechanic and will upload it here.
All money will go toward the parts and labor on the estimate, with a small amount for road tax and insurance renewal.
Where the $350 goes:
• Labor charges: $130
• Road tax and insurance renewal: $130
• Towing and inspection: $90
I'll pay this kindness forward the moment I'm able to.

Any update on how things are going in Kelowna?
hope it all works out, Jade. Hope you make a strong comeback. My neighbor in Albany donated after I showed her your page. God bless.
a colleague of mine might know someone for this in British Columbia. I'll ask around and let you know.
Thanks for sharing this. Small businesses are the heart of Kelowna. Hope you're open again soon. My daughter saw me on my phone and now she wants to give her pocket money. Greetings from Coyoacán
