Save Rocky: Craig can't afford the emergency vet

Rocky is my three-legged dog of thirteen years. On 23 August we rushed to the Pretoria Emergency Vet Clinic with severe tick fever. The vet recommends an operation to remove the blockage, and the estimate came to $700. They have stabilized Rocky, but the treatment can't wait beyond October. Rocky is more than a pet - Rocky got me through my hardest year. I have already put $40 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan. Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back. If more is raised than needed, the surplus goes to the Pretoria Emergency Vet Clinic's charity fund for other animals.
