Thiện's ACL reconstruction can't wait - please help us cover the bill
After a torn ligament that needs reconstruction, Thiện was cleared for ACL reconstruction, but the bill is more than we can manage.

Thiện was diagnosed with a torn ligament that needs reconstruction in April. The surgeon at Saint Joseph Hospital recommended ACL reconstruction, and He is scheduled for August. The hospital's financial office gave us a written estimate of $3,150, and after what my insurance will pay we're still $1,900 short.
my son has been in and out of Saint Joseph Hospital since April. The doctors say a torn ligament that needs reconstruction will get worse without ACL reconstruction. We have emptied our savings and borrowed from relatives, but the estimate of $3,150 is more than we can find.
While we wait, Thiện struggles with daily life and can't look after the children alone. His family has taken turns caring for him, and I've cut my own work hours to be there.
Recovery is expected to take about 6 weeks. During that time Thiện won't be able to look after the children alone, so the costs keep growing.
