Salvador wants to stay at home - help fund four months of care
Salvador, 78, needs daily care to stay at home, and the family is raising $1,150 for a carer and medicines.

I'm caring for my father, who's 78. After a heart attack Salvador can no longer manage alone. A nursing home would cost far more than we have, and Salvador desperately wants to stay at home.
I work 30 hours a week and have cut back to look after him, but we need a part-time carer.
Salvador worked all of his life as a shopkeeper, and raised 5 children. Now we're trying to give some of that care back.
Medication, a hospital bed and a carer for four months will make a huge difference.
Funds cover the carer's wages, medicines, a hospital bed rental and incontinence supplies.

• Hospital bed and mattress rental: $75
• Mobility aids and bathroom adaptations: $95
