Rides to dialysis three times a week for Kiên in Cầu Giấy
Kiên needs dialysis three times a week and has lost the ability to drive; volunteer drivers can each take one day.
🇻🇳 Cầu Giấy, Hanoi, Vietnam1,636 views
Kiên has been on dialysis for 1 years and until recently drove to Cầu Giấy Regional Medical Center alone. After surgery on their hand, Kiên can no longer drive. Taxis cost more than the family can pay three times a week.
We're building a rota of volunteer drivers. Each session is 4 hours, including the trip there and back; most volunteers take one regular day. The journey is about 19 km each way.
Kiên is cheerful company. You'd need a car in good condition and a clean driving record. We'll cover your fuel costs, and the family will send you home with homemade food.
