My food truck: Ama's only way to earn a living
Ama's my food truck is Ama's only source of income and needs a suspension replacement costing $250.

I make my living with my food truck. 8 weeks ago the suspension failed, and the mechanic says the repair will cost $250. Without the vehicle I earn nothing.
I have been borrowing from friends to pay rent, and now I have run out of people to ask.
I support my wife and our newborn. Before the breakdown I worked ten hours a day, six days a week. I have been offered extra shifts for the next three months if I can just get the vehicle working.
I have a written estimate from a certified mechanic and will upload it here.
All money will go toward the parts and labor on the estimate, with a small amount for road tax and insurance renewal.
Where the $250 goes:
• Road tax and insurance renewal: $40
• Labor charges: $25
• suspension replacement (parts): $185
Thank you for reading my story.

Is there a list of costs somewhere? Just curious how it adds up for Ama.
Hope you get there. Thinking of Tema
Hope the shop reopens soon. I went through something like this 2 years ago and strangers helped me out.
