Sycamore Primary School needs a playground - Gaurav's neighborhood project
Volunteers in Jabalpur are raising $600 for a playground at Sycamore Primary School.

For ten years the neighborhood has asked for a playground. This year a group of 19 volunteers, including two retired carpenters, decided to stop waiting. The council has given permission for Sycamore Primary School, but no funding.
We have received donated paint, and the remaining cost is $600.
It will serve about 254 people, including elderly neighbors living alone. We'll hold a build day in November and everyone is invited.
We're a small team, and every dollar will be spent in the open - I'll post receipts and progress photos.
Funds are spent only on materials, permits and safety equipment; all labor is volunteered.
Where the $600 goes:
• Materials: $460
• Permits and inspections: $15
• Safety equipment and signage: $50
• Tools hire and delivery: $75
