Keep the electricity on at Orlando's home in Makati

The electricity account is 2 months behind. I received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on February unless I pay $200. I have never been late before October's medical emergency. I called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $30 first, which I don't have. I live with a newborn, and going through the cold months without electricity isn't safe. The children would have no light to study by. I'm working on getting back on my feet, and will pay forward whatever help I can once I'm steady. The money will go directly to the utility provider, and I'll post the paid statement here.
