Respite care wanted: a few hours a week with Kendall in Fresno

I'm Beau, and I look after my mother at home in Fresno. Kendall has failing eyesight and should not be alone for long stretches. I work long days at the clinic, and the gap on weekday afternoons is the hardest part of my week. What I need is someone calm and reliable to be in the house from about 2pm until 5.30. Mostly that means company, a cup of tea, lunch and a short walk if the weather is kind. No lifting and no medical care. Kendall loves crosswords and will talk your ear off about it. I'm home before dark and will always leave the phone numbers of the doctor and a neighbor. I'd like to meet you first with Kendall present, and I'm happy to give a reference from my employer. If you have done care work before, wonderful, but kindness matters more. I'll be so grateful for any help at all.
