Emergency vet bill for Biscuit in Porto Alegre
Biscuit, Carlos's rescue greyhound, needs urgent treatment for pyometra costing $750.

Biscuit is my rescue greyhound of nine years. On 5 September we rushed to Porto Alegre Animal Hospital with pyometra. The vet recommends a hospital stay and surgery, and the estimate came to $750.
They have stabilized Biscuit, but the treatment can't wait beyond November.
Biscuit is more than a pet - Biscuit is the reason I get out of bed. I have already put $95 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan.
Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back.
Funds will be paid straight to Porto Alegre Animal Hospital and I'll share the invoice and an update on Biscuit's recovery.

• Emergency surgery: $540
• Hospitalization (3 nights): $75
• Medication and follow-up visits: $55
• Diagnostics (X-ray, bloodwork): $80
