Mobility fund: powered wheelchair for Kelly in Maringá

Kelly lives with cerebral palsy. The occupational therapist at the Maringá Mobility Clinic has assessed her and recommended a powered wheelchair. The public scheme doesn't cover it, and the quote from the supplier is $2,400. Her current equipment is 13 years old and keeps breaking, which has confined her to home for 12 weeks. With the right equipment Kelly could get to the shops and visit friends. It would change everyday life for the whole family.
