Inbar is the first person in the family to go to university. She is studying an electrical engineering diploma at Jerusalem State College, and is two terms away from graduating. She has worked as a warehouse packer to pay the way, but this term the hours were cut and there's an unpaid balance of $5,300. The registrar has said Inbar can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. Inbar has a distinction average, and an academic advisor has written in support. Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support the younger siblings. Without enrolling this term Inbar would lose her place and scholarship eligibility. Inbar isn't asking for a handout - She wants to finish what She started and help the next student. The payment will go directly to the Jerusalem State College bursar's office. I'll post the receipt.
