Ifeoma is the first person in the family to go to university. She is studying a diploma in hospitality management at Bonny State College, and is two terms away from graduating. She has worked as a library assistant to pay the way, but this term the hours were cut and there's an unpaid balance of $900.
The registrar has said Ifeoma can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. Ifeoma has a 3.9 average, and a professor has written in support.
Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support the younger siblings. Without enrolling this term Ifeoma would lose her place and scholarship eligibility.
Ifeoma isn't asking for a handout - She wants to finish what She started and help the next student.
Everything raised goes to the university's accounts office toward the outstanding balance and the final term's fees.

• Final term tuition: $440
• Outstanding tuition balance: $430
