Omar's final semester of a master's in public health in Bogra

Omar is the first person in the family to go to university. He is studying a master's in public health at Bogra Polytechnic, and is one term away from graduating. He has worked as a barista to pay the way, but this term the hours were cut and there's an unpaid balance of $200. The registrar has said Omar can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. Omar has a top-ten-percent average, and an academic advisor has written in support. Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support the younger siblings. Without enrolling this term Omar would lose his place and scholarship eligibility. Omar isn't asking for a handout - He wants to finish what He started and help the next student. Everything raised goes to the university's accounts office toward the outstanding balance and the final term's fees.
