Oğuz's final semester of an agriculture degree in Istanbul
A first-generation student, Oğuz needs help covering tuition for the final stretch of an agriculture degree.

Oğuz is the first person in the family to go to university. He is studying an agriculture degree at the Istanbul Institute of Technology, and is one semester away from graduating. He has worked as a delivery rider to pay the way, but this term the hours were cut and there's an unpaid balance of $1,200.
The registrar has said Oğuz can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. Oğuz has a distinction average, and a department head has written in support.
Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support the younger siblings. Without enrolling this term Oğuz would lose his place and scholarship eligibility.
Oğuz isn't asking for a handout - He wants to finish what He started and help the next student.
Everything raised goes to the university's accounts office toward the outstanding balance and the final term's fees.

• Outstanding tuition balance: $550
• Final term tuition: $520
• Exam and lab fees: $80
• Textbooks and materials: $50
