Need a housing expert's view on a rent increase in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa
A brief consultation with a housing advisor would help Omer understand their rights.

My landlord in Abbottabad has given me an order to leave for 'renovations'. I've read what I can online, but the rules are confusing and different sources contradict each other.
I'm hoping that someone with experience in housing or tenant rights in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa could spare 20-30 minutes to explain the process, the deadlines and the documents I should collect.
I have my lease, all communications and photos organized. I'm happy to share them privately. I can't pay for a lawyer, so any guidance on free services in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa would also be appreciated.
You're what makes this possible, and I'll never forget it.
