Njeri wants to stay at home - help fund three months of care
Njeri can't afford the care She needs after a stroke last May; we're asking for $700.

I'm caring for my mother, who's 89. After a stroke last May Njeri can no longer manage alone. A nursing home would cost far more than we have, and Njeri desperately wants to stay at home.
I work 25 hours a week and have cut back to look after her, but we need a part-time carer.
Njeri worked all of her life as a factory worker, and raised 2 children. Now we're trying to give some of that care back.
Medication, a hospital bed and a carer for three months will make a huge difference.
Funds cover the carer's wages, medicines, a hospital bed rental and incontinence supplies.
Where the $700 goes:
• Part-time carer (three months): $500
• Medication and prescriptions: $110
• Hospital bed and mattress rental: $45
• Mobility aids and bathroom adaptations: $45
With deep gratitude,
Brian
