Natalie received an eviction notice - help us catch up on rent
A court summons for non-payment arrived last week. Natalie needs $4,400 to clear the arrears and stay housed in El Paso.

When my hours were cut in half in June, I fell 2 months behind on rent. Last Friday a court summons for non-payment was taped to my door, and the amount I owe is $4,400.
My landlord has been understanding for a while, but he has now been clear: if the arrears aren't cleared by September, we must leave.
I have three school-aged children at home. Moving isn't just an expense - it would mean new schools, a new commute and no deposit to put down anywhere else.
I have started working night deliveries, and I'm applying for help from local services, but nothing will arrive in time without the rest of the gap covered here.
Funds go to the landlord and nowhere else. Any amount left over after the arrears are cleared will go toward next month's rent.
Where the $4,400 goes:
• Utilities in arrears: $370
• First month of rent as a buffer: $980
• Rent arrears (2 months): $3,050

what exactly is the $4,400 for?
Sure. The biggest one is utilities in arrears, $370. The rest is in the list at the bottom of the post and I'll upload receipts as I pay each one. Thanks for looking so closely.
