Nadeem needs two washing machines and a dryer to reopen a laundry service
Nadeem has run a laundry service for four years; a long illness and repossession destroyed the equipment, and $300 will put it back on its feet.

For four years I have run a laundry service in Multan. In April, a long illness and repossession took two washing machines and a dryer. I have no insurance, and the bank won't lend to me.
Before that, my customers came every Thursday, and I employed 2 people from the neighborhood. I have been out of business for 3 weeks.
This business pays my children's school fees and rent. I have already started working from home in small ways, but I can't meet orders without proper equipment.
Every contribution brings me closer to reopening, and I promise to post photos as I buy each item.
I'll buy equipment from local suppliers and post photos and receipts as I go.
Where the $300 goes:
• Replacing two washing machines and a dryer: $155
• Initial stock: detergent and packaging: $50
• Shop repairs and licensing: $25
• Working capital for the first month: $70
I never thought I'd be the one asking, and I'm grateful for every bit of support.

Good luck, Nadeem. Small businesses are the heart of Multan. Hope you're open again soon. Love from Kozhikode.
Take care. Reading this made my day a bit heavier but I'm glad I did. We're a small family in Marrakesh but we're thinking of you. Take care.
