Help Shazia save Pepper - surgery needed

Pepper is my tabby kitten of nine years. On 12 September we rushed to Lahore Animal Hospital with a tumor on the spleen. The vet recommends emergency surgery, and the estimate came to $200. They have stabilized Pepper, but the treatment can't wait beyond October. Pepper is more than a pet - Pepper got me through my hardest year. I have already put $20 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan. Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back.
