Christian lives with low vision from retinitis pigmentosa. The occupational therapist at Dortmund General Hospital has assessed him and recommended a prosthetic leg. The public scheme doesn't cover it, and the quote from the supplier is $3,800.
His current equipment is 8 years old and keeps breaking, which has confined him to home for 10 weeks.
With the right equipment Christian could go to school independently. It would change everyday life for the whole family.
We've applied to two charities already and received small contributions; this campaign covers the rest.
Funds go toward the equipment, delivery, fitting and a year of servicing.

Sure. The biggest one is prosthetic leg, $3,250. The rest is in the list at the bottom of the post and I'll upload receipts as I pay each one.
