My tuk-tuk: Bilal's only way to earn a living
Bilal's my tuk-tuk is Bilal's only source of income and needs a transmission replacement costing $250.

I make my living with my tuk-tuk. 3 weeks ago the transmission failed, and the mechanic says the repair will cost $250. Without the vehicle I earn nothing.
I have been borrowing from friends to pay rent, and now I have run out of people to ask.
I support my two daughters and my mother. Before the breakdown I worked twelve hours a day, six days a week. I have been offered extra shifts for the next four months if I can just get the vehicle working.
I have a written estimate from a certified mechanic and will upload it here.
All money will go toward the parts and labor on the estimate, with a small amount for road tax and insurance renewal.
Where the $250 goes:
• Labor charges: $25
• transmission replacement (parts): $220
• Towing and inspection: $5
Every share and every dollar helps.

Sending strength. Looking forward to the next update. Thinking of Zagazig.
Keep going, Bilal. Small businesses are the heart of Zagazig. Hope you're open again soon. My neighbor in Nottingham donated after I showed her your page. Take care.
So sorry you're going through this. Reading this made my day a bit heavier but I'm glad I did. Our whole street has been following this since the weekend
