Mocha's a tumor on the spleen: help with the vet bill
Mocha, Min-seo's German shepherd, needs urgent treatment for a tumor on the spleen costing $2,500.
🇺🇸 Houston, Texas, United States1,342 views
Mocha is my German shepherd of eleven years. On 5 September we rushed to the Houston Emergency Vet Clinic with a tumor on the spleen. The vet recommends orthopedic surgery, and the estimate came to $2,500.
They have stabilized Mocha, but the treatment can't wait beyond November.
Mocha is more than a pet - Mocha got me through my hardest year. I have already put $140 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan.
Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back.
If more is raised than needed, the surplus goes to the Houston Emergency Vet Clinic's charity fund for other animals.
Where the $2,500 goes:
• Hospitalization (4 nights): $680
• Diagnostics (X-ray, bloodwork): $280
• Emergency surgery: $1,540
Even a small gift gets used right away and I'll thank you myself.

Hang in there. We've got a rescue too so I know how much they mean. We lost years of savings to something like this so I get it. Blessings
Sending love. Hope the recovery goes smoothly. Don't be hard on yourself for asking. All the best
Take care, Min-seo. I hope things turn around soon.
