Mobility fund: stair-climbing aid for Landon in Albany

Landon lives with muscular dystrophy. The occupational therapist at Albany General Hospital has assessed him and recommended a stair-climbing aid. The public scheme doesn't cover it, and the quote from the supplier is $2,600.
His current equipment is 11 years old and keeps breaking, which has confined him to home for 4 weeks.
With the right equipment Landon could go outside without waiting for someone to push. It would change everyday life for the whole family.
We've applied to two charities already and received small contributions; this campaign covers the rest.
Funds go toward the equipment, delivery, fitting and a year of servicing.
Where the $2,600 goes:
• stair-climbing aid: $2,250
• Delivery and set-up: $170
• Fitting and training sessions: $180

Update from Albany: we've booked the dates and paid the deposit. We're at 55% of the goal. Thank you for believing in us.
Small update. $1,213 so far, the plan for delivery and set-up is now scheduled.
Quick update: $559 raised so far (22%). I met with the supplier and confirmed the amounts. Receipts coming as soon as I have them.
