Mental health support for Niamh after the death of both parents

After the death of both parents, Niamh has struggled with anxiety, sleep and panic attacks. The doctor has referred her to EMDR therapy, but the public waiting list is 8 months, and private sessions at Kilkenny Wellbeing Centre cost $95 each.
Niamh has been honest with her employer and taken some time off, but can't keep going without support.
Therapy has already helped a little in the sessions Niamh could afford. The therapist recommends 20 weekly sessions, and consistent help will make the difference.
Asking for help with this has been the hardest part for Niamh, and we're grateful for your kindness without judgment.
The money will be paid directly to the counselor's practice, with a session-by-session record.
