My daughter Divya has been accepted for treatment at Agra University Hospital in Agra, starting on Saturday in May. We live 598 km away in a town in the north, and hotel costs would use up what we have set aside for the treatment itself. We're looking for a room, granny flat or short-term rental within about 30 minutes of the hospital, for 4 weeks. Two of us would stay: Divya and me. We can contribute $15 a week and cook for the household if you'd like. Divya will have some immune precautions, so a clean, smoke-free place would be ideal. A kitchen is a bonus. Thank you. Please ask me anything in the questions section. I'll answer honestly and quickly.

  • Stay strong. Hope the doctors have good news. All the best.

    • shared it with a few friends. My late mom used to say help given quietly counts double.

Best of luck, Anand. Look after yourselves too, caregivers need rest. I hope April is when things finally get easier. Greetings from Glendale

        • Looking forward to the next update. After 18 years in farming I know how hard it's to ask for anything. All the best.
