Fighting Hodgkin lymphoma: help Araceli afford treatment in Peoria
Araceli is facing Hodgkin lymphoma and the cost of treatment, travel and care at home is far beyond what the family can cover.

Araceli was diagnosed with Hodgkin lymphoma in February. The oncology team at Peoria Regional Medical Center has planned 10 rounds of treatment, starting in June. She will be away from work for about 5 weeks.
Araceli is 58, worked as a nurse until February, and has always been the one who looks after everyone else. Now it's our turn to look after her.
Treatment is covered only in part. Medication that isn't on the approved list, trips to Peoria Regional Medical Center 5 times a week, and the income the family has lost add up quickly.
We've already sold what we could and have begun borrowing for groceries. Every kindness from you takes weight off her shoulders.
I'll post every invoice and receipt as an update so donors can follow where each gift goes.

• Nutrition and supplements prescribed by the care team: $460
• Chemotherapy and medication not covered: $5,990

Sure. The biggest one is household costs while unable to work, $1,200. The rest is in the list at the bottom of the post and I'll upload receipts as I pay each one. Fair thing to want to know.
